How returns and exchanges work for GET SQUISHED orders.
7-day change-of-mind requests
You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. Change-of-mind returns are not eligible for a cash refund.
Condition
Change-of-mind items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging.

Please email hello@get-squished.com before sending anything back. We will confirm the return steps and provide the correct return details privately. Items sent without contacting us first may not be accepted. This contact requirement does not limit your Australian Consumer Law rights.
Australian Consumer Law
This change-of-mind policy does not limit your consumer guarantee rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we must provide a remedy, such as a free repair. Other rights and remedies may apply under Australian Consumer Law.
